MSA Brings Food Home for the Holidays
MSA has been part of Grow Our Kids from nearly our first day. Jan Johnson and her team of creative, fun, smart, giving people continue to come through in big ways throughout the year. In December, they purchased food and helped us pack it up for our special Holiday giving effort. With their generosity, we were able to get extra food home for the holidays to a special group of kiddos. #growingthegiving

1,000 Thank You's to MSA
One awesome team of fun and generous people + a serious commitment to local kids = Over 1,000 items of donated food! MSA, an awesomely talented Raleigh, N.C.-based ad agency, has been committed to Grow Our Kids from Day One, hosting annual company-wide food drives to benefit our Little Bellies program. This year, they focused their efforts during #HungerActionMonth, a nation-wide campaign to end childhood hunger in the U.S. Because MSA is more creative than the average Joe

How Sweet It Is
We were just given a big ol’ box of home grown, Nash County sweet potatoes and had to share our happiness. Cheap food is often bad food and is a leading cause of childhood obesity in this country. Our goal is to get some fresh produce into those little bellies whenever we can. Our hope is that we’ll continue to find home gardeners, local farmers, and farmers market enthusiasts to help us do just that…. #growingthegiving
